What we do…
Category 5 Hurricane Irma devastated the British Virgin Islands when it made landfall on September 6th, 2017. Not only are residents currently without power and running water, many have lost everything – homes, cars, personal belonging, businesses, etc. We are here to help them rebuild, regain their dignity, and independence.
Our goal is to provide much needed help to the residents affected by natural disasters; we connect with grassroots efforts on the ground to ensure the most vulnerable people within the community receives aid and services. One primary objective is provide children with safe spaces where they can receive mental health services and maintain some level of normalcy in the midst of the chaos.
Your donations help us provide supplies such as water, non-perishable foods, and financial support directly to the victims so they can rebuild their their lives.
We are dedicated to raising awareness to the magnitude of the short-term and long-term effects of Hurricane Irma on the mental health of the children in the British Virgin Islands. Your donation will support this cause; 100% of all contributions goes directly to restoring emotional health.
